Quest: Hand of Fate > Horde

I received the Hand of Fate quest on my Level 70 Zandalari Druid a week ago. After teleporting to Orgimmar from Dalaran, I travel to Bladefist Bay, however. There is no ship there nor an NPC to turn the quest in to or speak with.

I have tried completing all current Campaign quests, abandoning the Hand of Fate quest and picking it back up. I’ve teleported to Dalaran and back to Orgrimmar several times now. No matter what I try from the various posts I’ve read online, nothing works. The ship never appears nor do any of the NPCs.

bump, same situation. no boat. unable to complete quest

Bumping to keep visibility. It’s now happening on a second character.

As of today (11/13/2024), the boat is still MIA. Just some NPCs fishing on the dock. Blizz, please fix this ASAP.

same here, ive been trying several times a day every day for a week now. if they dont fix this I think i might unsub because this is game breaking. there is a whole area of the game blocked off that ill never be able to explore or do the quests.
