Hi,
I have the quest Gnogaine, and it says Complete, and to hand in to Ozzie Togglevolt, but there is no interaction available with him (and no grey or yellow ? above his head). I did notice he didn’t have a ! on the minimap for the quest, but he did have the Yellow ! when I walked up to him and got the quest. Is this a bug? (phial is in my bag, and it is filled).
Actually it just gave me the ability to hand in, while i was standing waiting (ok, talking crap is Discord), but he became available after someone handed in a quest that made the machine next to them spin and turn red.
I hope this helps the Devs in finding the problem
