The Arcano-Scorp mobs seem to have a habit of either spawning or getting stuck in the middle of the lava, away from the Arcano Control Units needed to control them. The stuck scorpions never make any attempt to path back to the control units. They just stand there forever away from the control units. This makes it impossible to complete the quest because the Arcano Control Units cannot control the scorpions if there aren’t any scorpions nearby to control.
