The starter quest to open up the Dragon Isles is bugged. The scholar whom you are meant to recruit, is no longer inside the The Wyvren’s Tail to speak to. She is already at the meeting point with the other NPC’s and does not have the prompt to speak to. You can’t seem to move ahead in the campaign or open up any other quests until this one is done.
Is there any other way to start the quests within the Dragon Isles? I just recently returned to the game, and haven’t done that area. I was hoping to level an alt within the Dragon Isles and it appears she can’t move forward with the quests until this one is done, unless anyone knows another way?
