So it used to be that yellow quests would display over an npc’s head as priority over repeatable blue quests, but it seems broken now and is showing blue on minimap.
Ex. Rinling at the DMF has multiple quests available, depending on your professions.
He has the game quest “He Shoots, He Scores!” which is blue repeatable.
He also has various yellow profession quests that are available once every DMF cycle. In my case I was looking for the mining quest “Rearm, Reuse, Recycle.”
Because his ! on the minimap no longer displays yellow I passed over him a couple times before I realized what was happening.
