cant complete the quest devastation below, the mob will not spawn.
the solve i read on online follows involves turning on war mode, wich i think i cant do in MoP remix

Fix this. We can’t complete the achievement without it.

I put in a ticket about this and got a seemingly AI generated response from a named CSR basically saying “We know its an issue and we can’t do anything for you about it”. Extremely frustrating given that some of the rewards are locked behind completion of this…
This was part of the reply I received:
"This issue is unfortunately a known issue for some time on Modern WoW and we apologise that it has not yet been addressed. We are aware that it is a current issue of some increased importance to many players because it is a quest in Townlong Steppes on Mists of Pandaria Remix, which means a lot of players are encountering this issue.
Customer Services are sorry to confirm that we will not be able to provide quest completion, quest rewards, associated transmogs, Bronze or achievement credit with apologies."
They then go on to say to please report the bug as its very important to the process. As if it hasn’t been reported for over a year and is according to their wording “a known issue for some time on Modern WoW”.
Yea its very important but been a known bug for over a year! As per Blizz nobody looks or test their own game anymore. Has no one even looked at the bug page?
Its been a dang bug since MoP first came out in patch 5.0.1…it goes way back too 2012…that is 12 yrs now…
Right now been trying to do quest Devastation Below in Townlong Steppes…this quest has been bugged and broken since MoP first came out …I have tried turning off all my addons…nope…drop the quest and retook it …nope…tried to get in a group that would shift me to another realm…nope…tried warmode…nope.
How does a company this big allow a simple quest to go broken this long now…since patch 5.0.1 its been broken or bugged. Here we are in MoP remix and its still broke…if I can’t complete this quest I don’t get credit for the zone and miss out on the new achievement that is time sensitive now.
I am going to put in a ticket see if a GM can just make it completely done as you can see on wowhead all the steps folks have taken nothing worked…other then a GM making it complete…
I tried to do the same thing through a ticket and was met with:

Does not seem like that is an option right now sadly.
SO here’s the 3rd HUGE bug in WoW. Ever since Microsoft purchased them, and after waves of mass layoffs, they couldn’t care less to fix sh!t.
This major quest is broken!
Another quest To the Skies is also broken
Classic Cata:
Boosted toons with professions are broken to 0/0 and you cannot unlearn, use, or level them. You’re just stuck!
This game is coming to a derailment soon.

Unfortunately I received much the same on my ticket despite repeatedly asking for them to complete the quest since its obviously labeled and known as a bug in game.
For them to say they aren’t going to help because of the volume of players seems like a step backwards to me. If anything, for any bugged quests that are in the “Landfall” achievement should be labeled as auto-complete.
We have a limited time to get the class armor sets locked behind the achievement and Blizzard has shown that they’re unable to fix bugs which span years. We’re expecting them to fix it within 3 months now?

Couldn’t have said it better…and right now I am jammed up cause I DE my weapon by mistake and the item restore is not working and its been reported by many others with same issue…so now my character is jammed up I can’t level up anymore with no weapon. I put in a ticket just have to see what comes of it.
EDIT-I just went over there to park my toon for after reset and maintenance would fix it maybe and sure enough the dead bug was gone and I was able to finish the quest…first I had to drop the quest and they take it again and it worked fine…
