Completed the 11.2 version of the quest Crest Transmutation from NPC Vaskarn in Donogal. Quest ID 86365. He did not refund the Carved Crests I used to buy Weathered Crests. I only got the Weathered Crests. This is different behavior than past quest turn ins. Should have gotten the carved back.

The best thing u can do is edit and move this to the bug forums where the QA team can take a look.

Just experienced the same. Quest is pointless if it doesn’t refund them because all it does is waste a limited resource for a lesser resource.

Same. Even renamed the Cache, Interface and WTF Folders, no change

JUST bought the Pouch of Weathered Ethereal Crests and it completed the Quest
