Quest Clans of the Pains doesn't show up

I was turning in the quest Omens and Incense when I disconnected.

I logged back in and the quest was gone from my book and the book said to go and pick up the next quest, Clans of the Plains. However, the quest giver is not there. The position is marked on the map, however.

I can’t go back and redo the previous quest as it is marked done when I run the check /run print(C_QuestLog.IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(66020))

And I can’t pick up Clans of the Pains as there is no questgiver.

So something borked as I was turning in Omens and Incense.

I did turn in a ticket and it just gave me the generic response that did not help despite trying everything it suggested.

Thoughts? Suggestions? Put downs?
