bringer of the light quest and the council’s call quest both tell me to turn into khadgar in the violet citadel but khadgar is nowhere to be found anywhere in dalaran so i cant complete either quest

Im having the same issue, I already completed this quest, however Hadggar is not appearing to complete the quest. I had an issue with the quest "A falling star" has been 3 weeks and now with the TWW it was solved, but now I have another issue with this quest line. Its realy sad
Yep, same here. I submitted a ticket last night about not being able to turn in “Bringer of the Light” to Khadgar and they didn’t even understand my issue completely. So I just submitted another ticket now with a lot more info and hopefully they get back with me soon.

Even after maintenance today, still no luck.
