Madam Shadows gave me a quest to use her soulstone on initiates but I did not receive her soulstone. I cannot complete this first quest of the line. I tried my own soulstone on an initiate npc but it just applied it to my character 
which is what I expected but had to try something. I logged out, exited, reloaded the screen, clicked the popcorn (it just gives 3 sec of speed), checked forums & sites. I’m out of ideas. tia for your help!
try checking out where your “extra ability” bar is set to in edit mode - it’s possible it got put somewhere that is hard for you to see? you should have an extra action button to use on the npc’s for this.

That’s exactly what I found, I had to enable the “extra abilities” bar to gain access to the soulstone needed for this quest. Thank you!!
