So sorry, just realized I deleted original message accidentally.
Madam Shadows gave me a quest to use her soulstone on initiates but I did not receive her soulstone. I cannot complete this first quest of the line. I tried my own soulstone on an initiate npc but it just applied it to my character 
which is what I expected but had to try something. I logged out, exited, reloaded the screen, clicked the popcorn (it just gives 3 sec of speed), checked forums & sites. Iām out of ideas. tia for your help!
