My main character is reknown 20 with the Maruuk Centaur (not boosted) and I have two alts who are at reknown 8 or higher. The quest “Hatchling Plans” is not offered to any of my characters, making the battle pet Hoofhelper locked and not purchasable (I have all required currency, I get the message “item is locked”}. I have completed every quest in the zone on the off-chance there was a hidden requirement. I have also received all the prior AND subsequent quests and rewards from Quartermaster Huseng.
Several months go I put in a ticket through the in-game support and the only help I received from the gamemaster was a link to WoWhead where the comments said the quest was bugged, as well as a general statement that they can’t give game hints.
If there is something I’m missing, I’d love to know what it is, otherwise, this quest is not being offered to any character on my account.
