Cant continue the quest still just says play movie of what has happened to this point. Very frustrating.
I understand some are posting to vent about the issue, but tech support is players helping other players. Please, report bugs in the appropriate place: Bug Report
It’s the 28th and the quest is still bugged I can’t continue the quest because both of the khadgar in dalaran have no option to move on in the quest line maybe I’m missing something else I don’t know

Ok I found how to do it fairly randomly, I was going to do one of the two side quests available, and as I was going to do the one near the market place, there was a random portal that summoned him. and after that he was available in the portrait room.
