This bug is related to the quests “Lingering Shadows” and “Survivor’s Guilt”.
The quests are in the map, but the quest givers are not in the spot.
I already followed recommendation from forum, reseted UI as well. Nothing changed.
Pretty sure you need to complete the entire max level campaign on at least one character for those quests to show up and/or for their relevant skips. If you already have, and you are on an alt, check for skips from brann near the delve area, and with the npc’s just inside the main tower in dorn.
