The follow up quest after completing ally of the netherwing chain is missing. Mordenai is not giving the next step which is - In Service of the Illidari

Agreed. I too have the same issue after having completed Ally of the Netherwing.
Same for me as a horde warrior on Herod. After looking into it, it looks like the next step is not available until patch 2.5.
