Quest Broken - Trouble in Gnomeregan

The “Trouble in Gnomeregan” quest to gain access to the Gnomeregan pet battle dungeon is broken and is not appearing as available from Tizzy Gearjolt. Before the prepatch, this quest required players to be level 120 to have it available from the NPC. This is on a level 50 NE Havoc Demon Hunter (Alliance) that has also already fully completed the Wailing Caverns, Deadmines, and Stratholme pet dungeons.

Is it possible that the level requirement was not updated?

Update: I’ve checked my level 50 BE Havoc Demon Hunter (Horde). This character CAN get the Horde equivalent quest from Radek Fuselock.

This problem appears to only impact the Alliance version of the quest.

Bump- I am having this issue. Wowhead is of no use.

I just tried this as a lvl 70 Shaman on Alliance. I found Tizzy Gearjolt, but she doesn’t have any quests available. I am trying to work through the Pet Battle Dungeons and have completed Wailing Caverns and Deadmines.

Yes Blizz, i have read through WowHead already so don’t direct me there. Just fix the quest.
