So… i just got flying by completed a means to an end, but i just noticed i still had the quest “Borrowed power” So i went back and filled my energy. but the quest turn in isnt there… 
i wonder if i bugged it by just heading to the top without filling my energy

Also having this issue. I couldn’t get the quest to complete, I dropped it, reacquired it, gained 1 cosmic energy and it’s now complete, but I am unable to turn it in.

So did you all do the whole quest line, complete a means to an end and have flying? its like for some reason they didnt code it to be completed before continuing it. So we kinda soft lock ourselves until blizzard fixes it etc.

Yep, I have flying and everything else completed, just not that quest.
Yeaaa… seems like a blizzard forgot to do something thing… hopefully they fix it! because we will be stuck at 5/7 forevvver
Same here, tried killing off Pocopoc, abandoning the quest, and refilling the energy, but can’t find the NPC to turn it in.
Me too. It’s supposed to be turned in to Poc but he’s not around. I can’t get him to spawn and the button just keeps telling me he’s not able to be summoned while I’m on this quest.
I was able to fix it for myself by party syncing with a friend while he did the chapter quests. Did every quest along with him and I finally got the quest log campaign credit for chapter 6.

Bugged for me as well. Tried abandoning and redoing. No luck at all.
Having the same issue, opened a ticket and got the standard UI/Add-on response. Glad to see it’s not only me having this problem.
omg, this actually worked
i went around inviting peop[le that was gathering orbs, party synced with them, he reappeared, picked up the quest but was able to TURN IN the quest! ty so so much!

But you shouldn’t have to freakin’ be in a party to turn in a damned quest. This is a bug not a problem with addons.

Wow, ultra-bugged for me… I had the same issue, joined a party, party synched, turned the quest in, now I’m stuck at 5/7 on progress and there are no more campaign quests available for me.
Learned flying before doing this quest… Flew up and clicked a few of the quest objectives not im stuck at 5/7
had the same issue, as others have said you’ll need to party sync to redo the quest.
but first make sure your normal poco isnt up, seeing as the requirement for that quest line is that he is unavailable, i couldnt dismiss him like in the past (?) so i yeeted myself off the nearby cliff to get rid of him.
then i abandoned the quest and went and got it again, smacked a few creitters to empower him and then joined a very helpful person who gave me lead and let me party sync.
couple of seconds later poco appeared, i handed the quest in, went to the locus and used the stone (not flew up) too poco about 5 seconds to appear and i could hand that part in, then had to redo the last part where you defend the area as poco. Then the follow up quest to power him up. once you get ported back to firims cave, hand it in, let him power up the dude and then it should “complete”
its a PITA work around but i will make sure while im on alts this week before it gets fixed (fingers crossed) to be on the look out for others that need help. Pay it forward yada yada!
