Hi,
The quest “Basic Cataloging Gear” will not auto complete.
I had already researched Cataloging Gear prior to getting the quest, now when i get the quest it shows 0/1 but i can not learn it or unlearn it.
So it is impossible for me to complete this quest.
Steps taken:
Speak to Pathfinder Jeb or own Expedition Supply Kit.
Research Cataloging Gear
Speak to Cataloger Coralie and take the quest Basic Cataloging Gear
Quest says at 0/1 researched due to previous steps.
I’m having the same issue on one of my toons as well, I’m going to assume there hasn’t been a fix for this yet?
I have exactly the same problem. Does someone know what we can do to fix this ?
same, already had it completed, now can’t do the catalog quest.
I just came across this same problem. I found out that I had started the questline on another of my characters. If you know the character that performed the initial research for this quest, go back to that character and chances are that toon hasn’t completed the chain as I found out with my alt. If that doesn’t work, you may have to submit a ticket, but this is what worked in my case.
I was having this same issue, and as one of the previous comments mentioned, I believe it was caused by starting the quest on a different toon.
What ended up fixing it, is I obtained the quest on my toon that it was bugged for…logged out, and then logged back in, and it said I was ready to turn it in.
