Same problem here. Hope to hell Blizzard didn’t screw up and remove our ability to participate in 8.3 altogether.
I can’t seem to switch to my Alliance character, so, I’m trying to use Kaleesh on Perenolde.
I have about 2-3 other chars I was planning on running through as soon as I max. I hope it’s fixed soon and I’m not stuck at this wall for 8.3 content.
Low Level “Party Sync” seems to help. I was able to turn it in and continue the story.
