Quest name: Accessing the Archives.
Issue: Incomplete. MOTHER disappears before I can turn in the quest after accessing the archives. I have researched 4 points in the archives. I have tried abandoning and redoing the quest several times. MOTHER always vanishes. I left the chamber of heart and re-entered, MOTHER appeared, no option to talk to MOTHER to turn in the quest.
