Quest: A Paladin's Soul - Not meeting requirements for chosen dungeon

Yesterday I hit 56 renown and accepted the next 9.1 story quest A Paladin’s Soul, it’s a Torghast run. When I click the Waystone in Torghast I get the error that I do no meet the requirements for the chosen dungeon. I relogged, abandoned the quest, all the normal things you do when a quest bugs out, and nothing.

I’d like to play the game, not wait a week for a GM to actually look at my ticket, I know im not the only one with this issue either. Has anyone seen this and is there a fix?

According to this WowHead comment, that error message appears to mean the character has never completed a normal Torghast layer.

Which seems inconceivable to me, but is this the case? Because if it is, pick Layer 1 of whichever Torghast zones is available and knock it off and that would clear that issue.

Interesting. I’ve done a full clear once, but I HATE Torghast and haven’t done anything since 9.1 released. Maybe I need to go clear a layer and that will fix it? I’ll try that I guess.

I don’t know if that’s it, but it seemed to be in the case of one WowHead commenter.

I hope it (or something else) fixes your issue. It sucks to have campaign progress blocked for so arbitrary and bizarre reason

Has this been figure out? I am finally getting to this on my priest and having the same issues.

Did you figure it out? I’m stuck too.
