For melee characters, if you have the concentrated flame azerite ability, it should give you enough range to hit the enemy without it phasing out. Worked for my dk
Unsure if this ability is available to non dks
Still bugging. The early one in the Slough for me. I was able to complete it earlier in the week but now the mob is phased out (though Kua’fon is visible).
Edit: Wrong char, obviously.
Final edit: Went back after doing the ICC dailies and I was able to see it. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
You guys did the Quest with the Azsharra altar Dagger (you get this from the Tortollans in the north/east Zuldazar area)? I got to a similar point where I thought he was bugged cuz I couldn’t find him, or the day after I did find him but the mob he was ‘fighting’ was not there so there was no way to complete… read on wowhead, did the dagger quests and everythign was fine after that.
I still can;t fly him anywhere though without Pathfinder 1 and 2, I guess, so waiting till SL to release to finally retire my wyvern from Wrath.
FYI I just did this in the last couple weeks, after the prepatch squish, but before the event started.
Still an issue. You can see the enemy if he goes on the small shore and you reverse up the hill to enter a different area but he’s hardly ever there. However, I found that when the day reset after I ditched the quest, that a different quest entirely popped up in it’s place so hopefully that’s a work around, just might be the odd day extra wasted if you get the stupid atal gral quests.

Ok, as of June 10th 2021, this is still bugged. Went to the cave near warbeast and could not see the mob. Reloaded, abandoned and restarted. Read this saying it is phased. Figured i would try something I didnt see suggested. I went to org and turned warmode on then went back and the mob was there. Killed it and completed the quest. It was present in wm phase, but not normal realm. Hope this helps for a fix.

I did that quest earlier today. Is that the one in the cave, where the mob you must kill is in another phase? If so, I had to go to Orgrimmar to enter warmode for him to appear.
Can confirm that
- The bug is still happening. Strangely enough, I’ve been able to complete the quest 4 other times with no problem, but today the mob was phased.
- Going to Og and switching warmode on did allow me to see the mob and complete the quest.
Obvs not doing quest on this character, character is lunaticmoon-proudmoore
I’ve got this quest three days in a row (not sure if its stuck or will change). I’ve switched wm on and off a million times & i’ve done the dagger questline in the area but the mob in the cave still won’t show up. Any ideas (or idk a blue response) would be greatly appreciated
