Quest "A Found Memento" is not appearing

I’m completing Legion right now, and I’m stuck at the story progress trying to get the quest “A Found Memento” in the broken shore which I can see the quest in the map but when I go to the mark I don’t can’t find the item that gives the quest, I tried relogging and turning off all of my addons and the item is still not appearing.

Is there a way to fix the bug, or maybe give/share the quest so I can continue?

I’m having the same problem on my alts. the items is not there.

sounds like you’ve skipped the pre-quest.

talk to Archivist Elysiana in Violet Citadel, tell her you want to re-live past events
