That would pretty much kill any real point in playing Alterac Valley. It just turns into an alliance cheat Zerg fest at that point.

You didnt think they would let you make a 40 man premade without the old fashioned everyone queue in 3, 2,1 Now. Did you?
Pretty sure we all expected something beyond just copy and paste retail AV.
It should be allowed, vanilla is about community not random queueing with 40 strangers.

If it was like the old days and it was only from your own server sure. Cross realm makes that a completely 100% moot point.

if only it were same realm BGs and not that x-realm nonsense. Made more friends and it was more fun with same realm back in the day, rather than with people you’re really not likely to see; at least not on a consistent basis.

Even 1,2,3,click didn’t work. Sitting in the same room, clicked together, and the other person’s queue popped. Mine didn’t. They got into a new AV with space available. I waited a couple minutes and nothing. Dropped queue and queued for their AV number specifically. Still nothing.
I distinctly remember queuing as a group in vanilla, but I don’t remember how we did it beyond “1,2,3”

Just came across this randomly but I think at least allow 5 man groups? That is still permitted in retail as well right?? Because X-realm wasn’t a part of Vanilla at all but here we are with this… Except Ally can actually make premades while horde really are just stuck solo Q all day…
