I posted last night but I’m getting frustrated at this point as I don’t really have any way of contacting anyone important to help resolve this and it seems no one else is having the same issue. To reiterate, I cannot plant any more spirits into my Wildseeds of Regrowth after incubating a spirit the first time. I talked to the spirit and collected the chest afterward, and since then, I cannot interact with the wildseed. All I can do is target it.
I have the same problem. The status says Queen’s Conservatory is Dormant. It won’t permit me to harvest or plant seeds. I had two planted before reset.
Same issue here, been 2 days since I last harvested and it won’t let me plant a new one while still saying it is dormant, in the Sanctum report.
Same here, I opened a Support Ticket.
Adding another here - I have two seeds in progress but shows as ‘dormant’ in the covenant panel.
Interestingly, my panel seems to have updated and now it shows the two wildseeds I have in progress, with the correct time until the next one…
my Queens Conservatory is still showing as dormant for 4 days now
Makes me feel a bit better that I’m not the only one experiencing this issue. Hopefully we find a solution soon!

I’ve had the same problem. I put in a ticket and they said they can’t do anything about it. Just reset ui without addons and pray.
What did you classify your ticket under? I’ve tried putting one in but I’m not sure where to file it.
This is ridiculous. why is it so damned hard to get help? no matter what i try to do to open a ticket they want things uploaded. im sorry, i know how to play the game, not program it. i just want help. SHGDH.
My queens conservatory has been dormant for over a week now. i had seeds growing in there. what is up with this? WTH do i do?
After reset, my Covenant Sanctum report says the garden is dormant. I had three (3) wildseeds growing, a Greater Martial, A greater Dutiful and an orange Shifting Knowledge wildseed. They aren’t completed, can’t click on the them and I made a report but got some canned response about I won’t hear anything back but thanks for the feedback and we will take a look at it. 
My Conservatory has been dormant for over a week. I picked up the seeds and such, picked up the quests available. Tried to plant new wild seeds wouldn’t let me. After a week I still can’t. Getting ready to upgrade to rank 3 but that has me concerned. If I can’t use it why upgrade it?
