OK so I broke down and did some LFR to get some upgraded gear got a few pieces, the question is in the great vault it is showing that the rewards for next week are 239. Is correct or are they going to be higher considering that the raid was dropping 265 pieces. Seem silly to have the great vault give pieces that much lower that the raid.

I’ve noted this as well. I’m checking customer service and bug report for it, if there’s nothing, I’m submitting one.
The vault will be 265 or 272 depending on which piece drops. They haven’t updated the tooltips so thank you for posting about it!

I visited my Great Vault today after running both RF and Normal Fated Raids and it showed that I should expect the Great Vault awards for Fated Raids to be RF-239, Normal-252, Heroic-265 and Mythic-278 (I’m guessing at Mythic). But we’ll have to wait until Tuesday to see if this holds up.
I would hope Blizzard wouldn’t be stupid enough to give season 3 rewards on Tuesday… otherwise the forums are going to be scary
