I am trying to get the achievement Quarrelsome Quilen Quintent. Iam trying get the 3rd quillen from the ledge above the brazier after the first boss, and he doesn’t spawn. The glintrock scout who steals from the treasure bugs out on the stairs going from the bottom of the stairs to the middle of the room infront of him. Not sure what makes him spawn or not. I’ve tried on a hunter to find him with track beasts. I have done it with addons and without addons. I have tried over 10 times on multiple characters to no prevail

Mogu’Shan Palace - Issue with Quarrelsome Quilen Quintet. The 3rd Jade Quilen is not spawning in the cubby after the secret stairs. I can find the other four perfectly fine however. The Glintroc Scout might be bugging and teleporting between two points at the bottom of the stairs. I don’t know if that’s a dependency for the Jade Quilen to spawn? This is occurring on all of my characters who have attempted the dungeon so far. I’ve verified the known locations of the Jade Quilen and this is the only one that does not exist. I was able to track them with my hunter and this one doesn’t seem to exist.
