Blizzard please address or fix this soulbind perk to people who use offspecs. Right now the tea has an hour cooldown. If I want to heal something I am locked out of this tea for my boomkin druid to use for a whole hour!
Please remove the cooldown on this item. Or bake the passive 3% stat boost into his trait without getting the item.
Forgot I didn’t have Theotar active, clicked the tea, putting it on a 60 minute CD and didn’t get the buff

Yea I lost the buff checking out my heals spec with conduits. It’s a whole hour to wait to reapply the dang 3% stat buff.
Yep. I imagine that’s to prevent people from “re-rolling” the buff until they get what’s “optimal” but it can really become a headache if you aren’t paying attention. Not very immersive.
That is very silly. Especially since no one else has to deal with losing a whole output trait just for switching to offspec.
A compromise would be if you do not have the buff you instead get 0.75 verse, haste, crit, and mastery.
