QOL: Wormhole Generator Cooldowns

I’d love to see the cooldowns for Wormhole Generators normalized across all expansions. It varies from expansion to expansion from 4 hours to 15 minutes, even on Wormholes that have the same mechanics.

Being greedy I’d love to have 15 minute CDs across the board. But I feel like the more recent 30 minute CD is reasonable to apply to all Wormholes.

As someone who only uses engineering and mining, I would love to see the cool downs reduced to 10 minutes across the board and make sure there’s one for every expansion. It should probably be the first thing engineers get to learn.
