There appears to be a bug with the “Qiana Moonshadow” quest in WoD questline, which is a required part of the Loremaster of Dreanor Achievement. I already have Qiana as a follow, when I complete the initial part of the quest, the follow up is to turn into her at the garrison. The ? mark is there, but unable to turn anything into her. All you can do is talk to her to ask her to patrol with you…
Anything on this? I am unable to complete the quest, which is necessary for a sub section of the loremaster acheivment…I see this was posted years ago but nothing has come of it.
Tried even with no addons, there is no change…This is also affecting other quests in the area. Seems to be some sort of issue with Followers/Garrison build. Other exact quests below.
- “Quiana Moonshadow”
- “Keeping it Together”
- “Ravenous Ravens”
Logged a ticket explaining, but was met with an auto resolution and close. Can anyone help on this?
did you send her out on a mission?
if so, you’ll need to wait for her to come back
I did do that, waited. Nothing. then tried to de activate her as an active follower, still nothing. Tried to re-do quest with add ons and without to see if she would pop up. Still nothing. Seems super broke, and without doing this quest there is no way forward for the achievement. Pretty sure this one triggers another quest line, so without being able to complete it I’m dead in the water for loremaster.
are you using a questing addon or something?

The next quest in the chain is “Delegating on Draenor”, which comes from Lieutenant Thorn, who is sitting behind the mission table.
“Ravenous Ravens” is the quest prior to “Qiana Moonshadow”.
Yep, I already wiped the add ons. No rookie here on trying to get this to work. I wish I could pop a screenshot in here, I have 100% not completed that quest, nor have I completed Ravenous Ravens(I have this quest in my log and there isnt a Raven in sight anywhere). I cannot move on to Delegating on Draenor. That’s the whole issue.
seeing as there’s been 2 reports since tuesday, it’s quite possible something has broken… but it’s worth checking stuff, even if it’s just to help narrow down whatever’s going on.
i had a look at the quest completion tracker… and something seems a bit off.
i can’t find “Build Your Barracks” in the quest list at all, either in your completed or uncompleted quests.
same with the Qiana quest.
it’s just not showing in either list.
Lieutenant Thorn’s quests aren’t populating in the list either.
Yep, at least someone else is able to confirm some funky stuff. I opened a secondary ticket with blizzard explaining everything and posting to this thread. Hopefully they can get this fixed, this quest is def standing in the way of completing Loremaster of Draeanor for me.
If they dont hit me with thier “Auto resolution” response, I will post resolution here for others.
you’d be better off using the in-game bug report feature.
i don’t know if a GM will be able to do much… it’ll probably be a matter of waiting for QA to fix the issue.
if they get enough reports, they might get given the OK to manually advance the questline, but it looks like there may be more than one issue involved… and manually advancing the questline by bypassing other quests, could cause more issues 
Yeah, i went the bug route, but redirects to forms. Honestly, if they can just complete this quest manually, that will likely work. I have it in my log, ready to turn it so completing it shouldn’t be that big of an issue imo. Ill wait to see what they say.
Given its preventing a pretty large acheivement, they should do something.
