I can’t be the only one to open the first seasoned adventure cache today and only get 200 faction points. No equipment, no coffer key. Why? I think it’s because of the weekly cap?
But what does this mean? Did I screw myself out of a future reward? If I had waited until next week to open the chest would I get an item and/or coffer key? Am I going to get one less chest next week because I did the “special request” this week?
I get why the tooltip doesn’t tell you this stuff because it’s hella embarassing
If you’ve opened enough caches this week that you’re not eligible for more keys, I think it’s safe to assume that the same will be possible next week.
the “special request” had several days remaining. I could have waited until next week to do it and open the chest - avoiding the hidden cap.
To be more clear the question is - will there be four special requests next week so I can receive the 4 coffer keys? Or will it be 3 now…
You’re overthinking things.
There are 7 total sources of coffer keys per week, of which the first 4 of them will award keys.
Also the cap isn’t hidden it’s written on the description of the world quest reward.
Less than a month into the season these these will be beyond worthelss to farm. Like the other person said, you are overthinking this. Nothing we do now matters and all the gear replaced week 1 in M+ and raid.
If you never plan to do either of those things, such as as a solo player, then missing a key is missing a bountiful delve.
However as the weekly schedule already has more key awarding activities than there are keys each week, you’ll be more than fine.
We’re gonna have 21-22 delve keys week of season start. Meaning you can do every bountiful delve that shows up for the first 5-6 days and get 21-22 pieces of upwards of 606 ilvl loot.

There are SEVEN total sources of coffer keys per week. You can only receive keys from FOUR of them per week.
