Change it back to applying FS instead of requiring it. The new way sucks huge ones.

Old version was GOATED. Drop a liquid mag, PW a mob that didn’t get it, get the insta lava burst proc that vomited lava on EVERYTHING, win. If was so much fun when it buffed LB but now it just feels hollow, like it has no use being there.
