PW: Life and ProM still need a buff for s2

I don’t get the point of power word life tbh.

Sick name but it only heals for like 1.2 mil for my oracle disc priest ( with atonement healing bonus up ). Going into s2 on the ptr PW:Life is only healing for an extra 100k - ish, putting it at 850k-ish or 130k ish with my atonement healing bonus. For reference I have just under 9 mil health on the PTR.
So even with PW:Life having the extra crit chance on ptr via inner focus it is about 1/4-1/5 of my health bar ( or about 2-2.25 mil healing when it crits depending on mastery ). This will barely tickle a tanks health bar.

So again: what is the point of this super awesome sounding spell? It should actually SAVE lives.

My suggestion:
-Buff PW life to do double the healing it does before crits/modifiers and add a 30/45 sec cooldown on it.
-Move Miraculous Recovery in the oracle healing tree to where Assured Safety is, it can be a choice node over there.
-Buff the healing of ProM Through Assured safety like 30%, with rapture being gone we wont be spamming shields as often, so it means less value from Assured Safety for Oracle. I think if it buffed ProM it could be a decent raid pick option, or if it buffed the first ProM healing even more it could be more useful.

Now we can swap to PW life and Miraculous Recovery for the large ST burst heal, and swap to Benevolence and Assured Safety more aoe ProM healing. Something for dungeons and something for raids. Easy enough bandage so both spells to feel impactful for Oracle Disc.

Either way ProM and PW Life need a buff for s2 if they are going to remain in the game/

In holy spec with crisis management and trail of light it would be one the strongest casting spells we have, and when you consider mana cost, it becomes top priority cast when available.

Wasnt sure on the changes to holy but looks better for you guys forsure. For disc it’s still probably a mostly dead talent tbh. ( or 2 dead talents if you consider miraculous recovery too )

If they just buff the 2 oracle/disc specific talents I mentioned it shouldn’t affect holy in any way. Just wish it had more oomph for Oracle disc is all. There’s a talent that “buffs” it but it’s so weak and it competes with a much better talent choice: instant Radiances after premonition.

At the very least I think Miraculous Recovery should buff the healing of PW:Life a good chunk for disc+oracle, even if the CD is longer and if it’s not moved to not compete with instant radiance.

1.3 mil healing is pretty low for s2 when we have 9+ mil health pools.

I will say this every chance I get–Power Word: Life needs to be off the Global Cooldown!
