This because Skill was > Gear unlike in Slands. Also boosting was extremely rare at low ratings in Legion talking about 2200 and below.

I am the kind of person who thinks PVP should be Player vs Player…not Gear vs Gear.
I am the kind of player who wants ALOT more people to play pvp, so I can have more people around my own skill level to play against and learn from, instead of going from playing against complete noobs for a few fights than only facing multi glads.
The masses of players will not play a game where they get destroyed by people with various mental illnessess who enjoy farming casuals as though they were grey pve mobs ^^
Guild Wars 2 got a few things right…one of them is making everyone play on equal terms in pvp. (well apart from the sheetshow called meta specs)
