I found a place but it had Alliance flag
For job skills when I went over there, my PVP came on and I also found when I walked into it my PVP flag came on I think the first one is where they spawn I go to like a checkpoint for the alliance I think
There are Alliance encampments and towns, and Horde encampments and towns.
If a Horde goes near an Alliance camp, the Horde’s PvP flag will be toggled, and guards may attack.
That happened to me twice
It happened to me many times when I was new. There’s a Horde camp in the Badlands near DR Blam that caught me several times. It doesn’t look like a camp.
I have a lot to learn about the game
There is a VAST amount to learn about the game. 
This video is 4 years old, and so doesn’t include Chromie Time or Dragonriding, but it might give you some idea. It is massively long, but divided into chapters of one or two minutes, so that you can look up what you want.
It is the best video I’ve ever seen about what a beginner needs to learn.
