Why not just make conquest weapons achievement gated, tokens for free sure, but with reroll options for honor instead of rate limited conquest?
So alts and late starts still need 2.5k conquest which is a pretty significant hurdle to fair competition, 1h classes can still can more easily leverage the weapon only embellishes without significant setbacks, and classes with multiple different types of weapons (some for no reason hunter lol) still are restricted.
You really threaded the needle with this one blizz, good work lol. Really not sure what feedback you ended up addressing, but I hope it was a big win at the office provided lunches.

You had me all excited. Checked my mailbox; nothing. Sitting at over 2,600 conquest points earned this season and no achievement to show for it…
So… this achievement is bugged. I and others here now have over 2,500 conquest points earned on a single character this season, but did not get credit for the achievement or any tokens in our mailboxes. Any update is appreciated.

So I see you can only refund for tokens, meaning people who use crafted weapons will be behind people who use conq weps? How is this ‘putting weapon choice back in the hands of the player’? These tokens are useless for me

I just hit 2500 conquest and earned this achievement on an alt, and no tokens have been sent via mail.

Would it be possible, now that I’ve lost my quest progress, to add a tracker to the achievement? I can see whether I’ve completed the achievement or not, but now I don’t know how much conquest I need to complete the achievement. I was progressing the quest on two characters, but now I can’t. Because it’s an achievement I can’t run my alt until my main completes the achievement and because I have conquest from before the season started I don’t know how much I still need for the achievement

If I recall correctly, quest said “2500 conquest earned thru battlegrounds”, does that means that warmode conquest doesnt count? or that’s also changed?
I believe the achievement is conquest from rated modes… but I could be wrong.
No, it says “earn 2500 conquest on this character during season 1 of war within”
It should work with the conquest tracker on the PVP tab. I’m at 2608 now and not working.
If it helps, I had the quest still in-progress when the change happened.

I have a crafted weapon for 1 of the 1h already and i need an unholy weapon. I messed up and spent 1 token on 1 frost weapon. Woops… Guess i cannot play unholy or blood for a very long time now.
You’re right and also, they should only give priest’s, mage’s, Half a staff or better yet a wand or dagger and nothing for your off hand. that’s balance because they don’t NEED a two-handed staff.
I bought two weapons with saved conquest points for two weeks… Not refundable…
When I have earned 2500 conquest points, there is no token issued or any notice there will be to warn me not buy the weapon with conquest points.
How do I know there will be token issued… Unless I keep my eyes on the forums?
It is Not respecting player’s time spent, I can’t believe it is done this way. Unsubscribe and will never play again.

Same for me, I had the quest from the beginning and just earned over 2500 now. I have the achievement but it’s not completed.
Hoping the daily reset triggers it or something… fingers crossed!
