Is this intended? I usually like to try each class before new expansion but an ilvl 200 weapon for 1800 conquest is not going to work.
Working as intended. the only way to get a weapon now is to run dungeons and raids.
i remember when in prepatch all gear was avaliable for honor at lowered prices
