So I’ve been a bit behind on BFA content, and have been catching up the past month and a half or so. I recently hit 60 through a handful of battlegrounds and completed the Maw intro questline to unlock Oribos. Currently, I’m capped on Honor and wanted to spend it on some level 60 PvP gear. However, for some odd reason, the PvP vendors in Oribos aren’t visible to me. Do I have to reach a certain point in the 9.0 main questline for the PvP vendors to appear, or is there something else going on that’s causing this issue?
Have you ever seen them?
No, but I know where they’re located thanks to Wowhead. I asked about it in General and someone said they were standing right in front of them, despite the fact that I could see that person but not the vendors next to them.
Okay, two questions.
- Are you able to see the weekly PVP quests?
- How far are you in the campaign?
1.) As far as I’m aware, no. I was able to pick up the Timewalking weekly in Oribos last week, in addition to a couple of dungeon quests, which I assume are also weekly.
2.) I just gained access to the quest “The Path to Bastion.” I’ve yet to actually start it since I’m still working on older BFA content.
Wait, so you didn’t actually start the Shadowlands questline AT ALL lol.
Then yeah…it makes sense that you “probably” don’t have access to everything lol.
So does that mean I have to complete the main Shadowlands storyline then? Not entirely sure why that should be a requirement. Most people just entering Shadowlands wouldn’t even be able to purchase level 60 PvP gear, so there wouldn’t really be any reason to gate it off prior.
I just leveled a mage to 60 via the BG’s, have ZERO interest in the story, it makes no sense I agree especially since blizz wanted to make the game so open for avenues for leveling and user friendly.
