How does this work? You buy a set for 12 marks but then you still have to buy all the individual pieces? Thanks in advance
If you are missing the majority of the pieces for the ensemble, it is generally best to just get the ensemble. It should tell you on the item how many appearances it will include.
If you are only missing a few of the ensemble pieces, then you can just buy them individually if you wish.
That is why you have a choice of both methods of purchase.

So how does it work? I went to go to the transmog vendor and does not see the set.
If I am remembering correctly, the Ensemble would have been placed in your bags. Did you click it to use it and thus enter all of the appearances into your Collection?
Have you logged out and back in to the game since then? Sometimes the system has a bit of an update delay and that can help.
When at the transmog vendor, are you checking your Sets tab for the appearance?
Have you tried searching by name for the pieces in your Collection?

Yeah I tried clicking and I think it has something to do with my addons - I am gonna load without addons and try again. Thanks!
