PvP Titles & Faction Change

A few real life friends started playing WoW and of course they went Alliance. Thinking about swapping factions, and I’m curious if old PvP Hero / Glad titles and “Slayer of the Horde / Alliance” titles switch over. I found the quip below in Blizzard’s official knowledebase, but I also found several threads from 2018-2019 that say these titles DO NOT carry over.

Anyone know for sure?

Collections (Titles, Pets, Mounts, and Transmogs)

  • Faction-specific titles convert to their cross-faction equivalent.
  • Faction-specific pets convert to their cross-faction equivalent: guild page and guild herald, moonkin hatchling, etc.
  • Mounts do not convert. Mounts are account-wide which means faction specific mounts are faction-wide.
  • Transmogs remain unaffected.

Whenever I make this warrior horde my rbg titles swap to the horde version. As do my transmog mounts and pets. Idk about the r1 titles though but I have never lost any title.

i have in fact found them to switch over, ive switched back and forth over the years.
