PVP Subtlety Rogues... how important is Heightened Senses?

I was going to respec from combat to cold blood/prep/hemo (21/3/27) but I’m one point short and I need to decide between ghostly strike and rank 2 of heightened senses. I can fit rank 1 in just fine, but I’m not sure if that’s enough. Am I gonna be at a disadvantage against rogues in pvp or battlegrounds (I don’t plan on respeccing between now and then) with just one rank in it? I’m not interested in the 2% to dodge spells, just the increased stealth detection part.

I’m level 42 also, by the way, the level under my name seems to lag behind a great deal.

Secondly, Increased stealth detection is very tasty for world PvP especially if you’re a NElf Rogue. You will always get the drop on enemy rogues. But your playing undead so get it in hopes that your NElf opponent doesn’t have it or be prepared to get $h@t on frequently.
