Am I the only on who remembers a sort of roe(rules of engagement) or honor code. In Coilfang back in wrath it was a pvp server, mostly Horde, and it seemed to me that picking a fight back then was measured, risky, and sometimes no worth it. They might be doing a quest or not and you might be doing the same. No first instinct is kill in wm now. Granted and I know it is coming, but yes turning em off is an option however my reasoning behind this is to know if others had this or if it was just not there.
