Can anyone link anything that will give me Blizzards Rules for PvP servers?
I am unable to find them on my own. This is my own inability to find them.

I found that one but I thought for sure there was something more detailed.
I believe the rule is “if it’s red it’s dead”.
What are you looking for specifically?
What specifically is your problem? As far as I know only rooftop camping and win trading in bgs will get you n trouble.
-you can be killed in neutral or enemy territory
-you can’t be killed unless you’re flagged for pvp in your faction’s territory (basically major cities and starter zones)
-safespotting so guards can’t hit you in towns while you kill people is apparently against tos, but people do it all the time and you’ll probably just get told to stop your first time
Other than that there’s no hard rules or code of ethics
Specifically looking for the stance on a second account. I know horde cannot create alliance on 1 account, and vise versa.
If your paying for a second account you can do whatever you want with it. The lockout for aliiance/horde on a single PvP server is per account.

Sure you can, there’s nothing in the tos against this, and there’s been blue posts that state outright collusion with the enemy faction isn’t against tos either
Blizzard’s official stance is that anything goes as long as there is a PvP solution. Getting camped? Request help from your faction. Getting ganked 20v1 repeatedly? Request help from your faction. The only thing that is against ToS is (as another poster already pointed out) hiding in a safe spot so guards can’t get you. If can kill the guards, go right ahead. If you don’t like getting ganked, having your flight path and quest turn-in NPCs kills, or getting killed 10 feet from the turn in of the escort quest you’ve been working on for 15 minutes, then roll on a PvE server.
I think there is something about blocking the whole zone for more than 24h.
