My whole point was just to play the imperfect game and take it for what it is… the best option as a solo player. I don’t share the same experience of gangs of pvp sellers ruining BGB.
I do see a lot of people unaware of objectives though.

I know what your point was, and agree with it, but am warning you of what can happen when you express that point to the crowd who are prone to type “gg go next” before the score even reaches 500, which is the actual most toxic behavior in the format in my opinion.
Just reminding you that a LOT of RBG players have many alts, and no qualms about dishonest behavior and lazy performance when playing them. It’s a key aspect of what’s really going on here, which is more complicated than just boosting services- it’s a carryover issue that plagued RBGs as well; it was standard practice to manipulate team rating in RBGs with strategically placed alts of various ratings for a reason.

Yeah, that’s fair. If you get any competitive setting, people will try to game it. I flew in tournaments in a certain Icelandic space game, and it got to the point that the devs promised to permaban the IP/MAC/Account of anyone spying or throwing.
As has been said before, sweats will be sweats. It’s honestly gotten better over time, with a lot of gear no longer being locked behind rating.
That said, getting rid of the sellers would help a lot with being able to do blitz/shuffle fairly. I’m a big believer in gg, but do hate taking a loss to a cheater. And rolling a premade in a random queued system definitely qualifies as cheating.

A lot of people in this thread never passed 1500-1600 in rating, so they’re used to several losses/bots in their lobbies.
I believe this post is for people that have seen higher rated games and actually climb and want to climb.

If you are rude or insulting to your team, you and your team will play worse, even if just for the fact that some of you will be distracted reading and/or typing in chat instead of paying attention to the game.
Plus people play worse when they are tilted. Trash talking your own team means you’re tilting and won’t play as well (especially when you literally give up). And when you trash your own team, your words have an impact on them.
Humans are emotional creatures and it’s impossible to not be affected by what others say at least in some way.
Plus let’s be honest, we need all the people in PvP we can get. If we drive off new players by being absolutely mean to them, they aren’t going to want to queue up anymore and the already minority PvP community won’t ever grow.
We complain about how the devs don’t spend many resources on PvP but look at how we treat others.
It costs nothing to just not say anything and move on to the next game. And I guarantee you, those who insult their team are making just as many mistakes as their teammates.

So they have a ‘pro’ play your character.
They don’t need to win trade in those situations.
They just play better than you can.

No it isn’t. Pilots aren’t sync que’rs. Pilots are high rated players playing on your account to boost rating.

Those types of carries are done in organized formats. The only way you can boost in a solo queue is if someone pilots the account.
