wins over 1k in rated battleground blitz are not awarding progression towards the mount.

3 wins above 1k, 2 wins above 1.4k and progress bar still sitting at 0%. Is this gonna be fixed and have a retroactive effect to it?

Report as a bug and ask for a retroactive % to be added.
