All this would do is make it more rewarding to just afk majority of the season and come back the last week or two to get your rewards. A lot easier to collect your rewards on a fotm class during a already defined and inflated season, then it would be to just waste your time and get it traditionally.

Best i can do is 2k to unlock old elite sets.

Winning X games above a certain rating threshold to earn a token that can be exchanged for an old elite set might be interesting. If they were to bring back old elite sets I’d like for it to be something like this.

it’s already rewarding to do that because of the disgusting artificial inflation they added in SLS2
at this point there’s too many people that feel entitled to free 2400 glad ^
i think the best solution would be to add/restructure
while i personally would really like the see just the old reward structure come back i think there’s just too many people too reliant on the current free rewards
add more / restructure it like
1800 raid recolor / 2100 class unique elite set
2200 modern bfa/sl garbage looking tabards / 2600 ‘gladiator’ tabard that looks like they put effort into it
2400 enchant / 100wins for ‘elite’ mount (just the glad mount)
0.5% Gladiator achievement / FoS (separate it from the mount as an incentive to keep playing between mount/r1)

They could make the 2400 elite mount be the glad mount without armor and then the top .5 one the armored version. Also for extra incentive to que alts they could make the mounts and armor class colors so if you wanted a pink version of the mount you’d have to get 2400 on a pally etc. Would also help people identify what you played to get that rating at a glance.

that would be lit if they brought back old elite sets. in WOD i missed out on the red warrior elite set and im still salty about that
What suggestion do you have? Too many people on the bottom have gotten used to free rewards so they need something to chase but there also needs to be a return of some kind of prestige to rewards.
It’s actually so sad how glad mounts are just underwhelming to see these days because half the people on them are potatoes who got boosted by various factors.
Lack of rewards between glad and r1 isn’t what’s leading to a lack of participation.

team deathmatch with a 2:1 ratio of roles people can and can’t have fun with while being mid is probably just a fundamentally terrible model
if they just slap together an all dps solo shuffle where everyone gets mop second wind participation for every other rated pvp mode would probably fall off a cliff instantly
Theres literally like 40 people in NA with Glad 2 months into the season. Anyone thinking rewards are too easy or some garbage take is fried.

Yes, do that if you want pvp to die further. Honestly I’d rather they just open the MMR floodgates like RSS s1 for all brackets. And just implement decay to prevent sitting. Add mounts to every bracket to give people a reason to play them and either turn off tier or make specific pvp tier. Then you’ll have far more increased population which makes the overall experience better
