After today’s server reset and across all my characters, I’m no longer receiving any honor, conquest, or PvP rewards in 2v2 arena. As someone who primarily plays for PvP, this completely breaks my motivation to play.
The progression system is why I log in. Earning rewards, tracking rating, and feeling a sense of advancement are what keep me engaged. Without these, I’ve lost my primary reason to log in. I’m a PVPer. That’s it. I’m not GOOD at it, but I love it and it’s why I play.
Frankly, I’m exhausted with the constant stream of bugs in this game. Most weeks it’s something minor, but it’s getting to the point where troubleshooting WoW feels like a second job. I already have a job in real life - I don’t want another one when I’m trying to relax and enjoy a game. Having to constantly work around or report bugs is killing my enjoyment.
I’m hoping someone can investigate and resolve this. Right now, every arena match feels pointless. Tell me, why am I paying for this?

Can confirm, in the past two wins (Ashran and Gilneas) I didn’t receive any honor. I received text in chat that I was gaining honor, but didn’t receive anything during and after match in actual honor value.
It’s almost the end of the season, this is terrible. Too many bugs, typos, and other issues recently. I’ve been playing this game for 20 years, this is the worst quality I’ve seen.

It’s absurd! All day I was looking forward to coming home from work and just running some 2’s with my wife on one of my alts, get some conquest and some gear. Literally the only thing I wanted to do in the entire game… and it suddenly no longer works. I absolutely love this game so much, but the user experience is just abysmal and absolutely broken.

As of today, after the patch release, I also was not receiving honor or conquest today from pvp instances. A few times it would say honor received in the chat log but in the end, only rating change - no currency reward.
US Cho’gal Alliance, Rated Battleground Blitz as well as Random Battlegrounds.
I left a ticket, and the reply from the support specialist was to check the “technical difficulties forum section,” when I did it only reffered to a conquest/honor cap of which I have like 740 conquest and roughly 3k honor atm, so that can’t be it.
Hope it gets fixed soon, as a solo player - pvp is where it’s at for me.
Received the following response on my ticket today:
"Greetings, thank you for contacting Blizzard Customer Support.
We have received several reports of this issue and can confirm it is not working as intended. Currently, we do not have a workaround or resolution that can be provided. We apologize for any inconvenience while our developers work as quickly as possible to resolve the issue."
So they know it’s broken and can’t do anything about it. There went my sub.
Things happen. Do you guys not live in the real world and sometimes crap just happens? Go shovel the driveway or something. Jesus.
You’re cool with consistently spending money on a broken product?
Of course not, but I have been playing video games and MMORPG’s long enough to understand that t.h.i.n.g.s h.a.p.p.e.n. Especially in games like these. We can’t predict the future. Neither can blizz. All we can do is wait for them to fix the product.
I agree, and I think whining about it and players mass reporting it helps them do that. Problem is, sometimes they DON’T fix the product.
My wife has so many persistent bugs that lock her out from entire swaths of content. One example: She wanted to go back and do Shadowlands content for renown and transmogs, but because she didn’t start Shadowlands before hitting level 70, she’s totally locked out from even beginning the expansion and can’t even travel to any of the Shadowlands zones other than Oribos. Submitted a ticket, and got “We’re aware of this and there’s nothing we can do about it.”
People gotta complain to get anything done because they WILL continue to let things be broken.

I am glad people complain too about things like this because I’m really not one to jump the gun and start complaining until it gets really really bad. This to me is just a mishap that happened and I feel they’re gonna do what they can to fix the issues. At least we hope. We truly don’t know what’s going on at their base of operations so I couldn’t tell you whether they are running around or if they’re actually hunkering down and really trying to fix things.
If i’d complain about anything right now it would be the communication part on their end. They need to be communicating more with us so it puts people at ease. Radio silence is never good.

Is this fixed yet? I saw there was maintenance today at 9pst but at work
