Update at 8:45 p.m. PST:
We have resolved or minimized the initial issues that players were experiencing and many people are now leveling in the Dragon Isles. We are actively monitoring the realms while we continue to work on some issues like latency while looting.

We are continuing to investigate the issues affecting certain realms and may be doing some realm restarts in the process. Thank you for your patience.

We are aware of an issue that is affecting our authentication servers, which may result in slow or failed login attempts. We are currently investigating the cause and will provide updates as they are available.

GG world first race or anything… A few are able to get in and are leveling, but the majority can’t get in… Blizz should reset servers until they figure their stuff out.

“Investigating the cause”. We know the cause. There are 10 million people trying to log in. It’s load. And you should’ve been prepared for it.
