I would love to get the AV, Warsong GUlch, and Arathi Basin rep done but I feel i could use some help from some one to motivate me to run them since im not big into PVP i do them once in a blue moon mostly likely due to i like the PVA aspect of the game more. I may not of been a big fan when there were PVP servers and i was trying to LVL a toon on it rather it be Horde or Alliance both will gank people as they LVL.
I guess thats why i do love the current PVP system that allows people to play in a style tehre comfortable in while being on a server with there friends. That being siad anyone willing to help me hit Exalted with the 3 PVP reps I will greatly apreciate it.
Well, it’s a lot better than it used to be. The brawls help out somewhat.
Mainly, your team needs to score points for you to get rep in most of these. WSG in particular mainly (or only) awards rep for your team’s flag captures, so try to get a cap (or help your team get a cap), even if you lose the match.
I don’t know what this grind is like now (I actually just saw someone get Justicar with a cap in WSG yesterday), but in the past it was quite a grind. It will take many, many battles. If you don’t really enjoy PvP and battlegrounds, you may want to think twice about committing to this grind.
Maybe if you get a group of friends who’ll BG with you it’s a little faster.

Totally agree that the brawls is the best way to finish up those pesky factions. Committing to brawls is much easier than the agony of the current state for Alliance bgs. It’s a grind. If you only pvp casually you might consider a different goal and just let this one come to you. It’s a really tough one to just put your mind to and finish, especially if you’re just doing randoms which will end up giving you lots of mines and kotmogu and what not
The WSG Brawl cheapened that rep grind beyond belief. REDIC!
It’s a long, long road. I highly advise against ‘going for it-‘ just earn it over time at whatever pace you’d be going naturally.
the 3 PVP reps are currently 3 of 6 reps I need to work on to get to Exalted. 1 of the others being Ravneholdt.

But to give you idea of the scale here, according to Wowpedia (not always up-to-date these days) in WSG you get 35 points of reputation every time your team captures a flag, and that’s it. If your team doesn’t score, you don’t get any reputation. To get from Neutral to Exalted, you need something like 40,000 reputation points.
In AB it looks like you get 50 reputation for every 100 points your team scores, up to 750 total for a win. In AV you get lots of little bits of bonus rep for completing various objectives, kills, turn-ins, and for having certain criteria met at the end of the battle (towers/graveyards, etc).
You might want to wait till the next expansion in the hopes that the win rate flip in alliance favor. Otherwise you’re going to get stomped on for months. You will be in a graveyard a lot.
Yea, the Win rate flips to alliance in pug matchs that will be the day.
Unsure if this works, but I believe the Guild Battle Standard may help. Increases the amount of rep you gain with the faction by 10% or so.
I think the one thing that would help for sure is if i were to do them with a group thats good at winning those specific BG’s even if i were to have 3 different groups 1 for each BG.
