I was able to purchase rank 8 gear but I cannot equip it. It says I am not rank 8. Everyone is having this issue.
Impenetrus-Mankrik DOWNranked this week. I was First Sarge last week and this week (after getting 38k honor last week) I am Senior Sarge.
Also ranked up, but from rank 0 to rank 4, and I cannot buy any rank gear up to Master Sergeant.
Rank 9 Character Started at 0% Rank 9, did ~130K honor, no gain what so ever.
Rank 7 Character Started at 0% Rank 7, did ~73K honor, no gain what so ever.
Not sure if I just needed to get more, but had thought I would get about 30 to 50% a rank at these values.
happen to me as well today log in can buy item but can not use it all so rank 8
Rank 6 started at 0% got 127k honor and no rank up
